Reviews for Consumed by Darkness
What a fantastic twist! I burst out laughing here. The interpretation of "consumed by dark" is as vague as a legend would attest to, yet, it's charming, innocent and - best of all - dangerous for Ron in pink knickers.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, the general consensus is that folks enjoy seeing Ron in danger. Not sure if those same folks want to see him in pick knickers, LOL. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
That was delightfully absurd.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
I love delightfully absurd, thanks!
well that was different. good job.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Thanks for reading and reviewing!
Could this be why Ron seems prone to splinching? *Snickers* Poor bunny, though. "Consumed by darkness", indeed!
Response from MuseAmusant (Reviewer)
I have to admit, my mind promptly conjured a horrid image of a furless, red-eyed bunny missing his cute, twitchy little nose. Eeek!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Ha! Why Ron is prone to splinching, indeed. And if it hadn't been for the crippling word count, there just might have been some evil bunny action. *considers sequel* :)
I love how Hermione can be so certain that she's right about magical traditions, even after the house-elves. Poor bunny!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Hermione is a smart girl. You'd think she'd learn her lesson. Maybe someday ...
Sporfle! Such silliness, indeed. And Hermione unsuspectingly supplying the varnish of truth to the legends she scorned.

I made

sporfle! *runs off to add to resume* I don't suppose Hermione will ever learn to leave well enough alone. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
Mythbusters, Prewett-Weasley Style? Now this is a book that I would love to get my hands on! Well, the legend explains why Ginny was staring wistfully at the poor rabbits in the store.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
It's hard to grow up with a set of absurd rules. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
~gigglesnrt~ Too funny! I enjoyed this, Mystery Author!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Glad I could make you laugh!
Snerk, so was Ron secretly wearing pink knickers they day they went to the MoM?
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, didn't JKR make that clear? *thumbs back through book to check* Thanks for reading and leaving a review that made me laugh :)
The originality amazes me no end. So very well done!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Awwww ... you are too kind. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing.
Oops! Ahahahahahahahahaha.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, Hermione won't be so sure of herself next time she messes with Wizarding stuff :)
I se the knickers crept in... ;)
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Consider it a prelude of things to come ;)
Oh, the poor wee bit of fluff... Alas.
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
No animals were harmed in the making of ... oh, wait, they were. Sorry *is sheepish* :)
I don't know what's worse, Ron in pink knickers, or Percy with a mustache! Cute story.
Response from HBAR (Reviewer)
They're equal! Thanks for reading and reviewing.
Hilarious. Hopefully they keep Ron in one piece! And Percy would look dreadful with a mustache...
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. About Percy ... *shudders*
Ba ha ha! Run, Hermione... you've dealt with a splinched Ron before and it's not pretty!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, she does know what is at stake, doesn't she? Thanks for reading and reviewing.
I am amused because we are getting closer and closer to you writing about the men of HP in their pink frilly knickers ... and you know you like it! *smugs*
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, I hadn't planned to be synonymous with HP men in pink knickers, but alas ... it appears I am. That was apparent back when the names were still hidden and Sunny knew it was me right away. Maybe I need to do something drastic to mix it up. Perhaps in the next story, they will show up in periwinkle knickers. Living on the edgo, I tell ya.
a wonderful idea!!gorgeous! What idiotic fears would the wizzarding world create. What superstitions would last over centuries and narrow their lifes at least a littel. What think the muggleborns about it, and is it finally proven right. Thanks for sharing! very well done!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
For as wonderful as the Wizarding world is, they are still a little backwards on some issues. Thank you for such a lovely review!
Did she catch Ron in time???
Response from quaffswinegaily (Reviewer)
And the pink frilly knickers!!
Response from HBAR (Author of Consumed by Darkness)
Yes, Sunny picked up on the pink frilly knickers as well. So much for anonymity, LOL. Actually, Hermione did catch Ron in time so he didn't splinch, but she captured shots of him on her phone and posted them on Facebook. He is way more popular now than he ever was in school ;)
