COMPLETE - The gang is in their last year of the university and get a substitute teacher for their class one day. Ron hasn't been studying and is all nervous. Unfortunately for Severus and Hermione, they get stuck in the middle of the mess.

having trouble getting your last chapters out of your head. i hate when that happens to me when i wrote a story it sounds good in your head but not paper. is that happen to you now.

Actually no. I've got chapter 18 finished, but my beta has been in the hospital. I'm waiting to hear if she will be out soon, and then depending on how she feels she will either beta that chapter for me, or I'll ask someone to have a look at it temporarily until she feels better.June is a fantastic beta, but I don't want to bother her while she is recovering.

Her husband has been nice enough to keep us informed. I'm hoping to wake up tomorrow and find another email from him, only this time saying she's on her way home and doing well.

How dreadful for Ginny, to be unable to move or speak, but still be aware of all that's going on around her. 
Lucius is between a rock and a hard place, isn't he. Severus and Hermione to the rescue.

Thank you so much for sticking with it! All of my fiction here are stories that are finished, so you never have to wait. My pet peeve was always getting into a fic, and then realizing it was never finished!

Peter's death was deeply horrible, this is the first story that I have read, in which he redeems himself somewhat.
In my { admittedly vivid } imagination, Severus has always smelled slightly of dark chocolate.
What an evil cliffhanger! This is getting jucier by the chapter. We need more LM/GW and much more HG/SS lemony goodness! Brilliant as per usual.

Nope, Luscious is stil lunder Voldie's radar. Voldie is going to want Lucius do something pretty nasty. Things are heating up.I'm hoping to post the next chapter by the end of the week.

Don't feel bad about your brother, I once gave my brother an antacid tablet, that had the side effect of turning the urine blue, I will never forget the scream that came from the bathroom, our mother was not amused. Great chapter.

It was called DeWitt's antacid, and was very popular but is no longer sold, my mother never let me live it down, I think my grounding will end when I turn 90. I was in hospital last year and quite sick, my brother came to see me, and was holding my hand he started to talk to me about when we were kids, that incident in particular, and he laughed then he said I had to get better, so he could keep teasing me about it, it was his way of telling me he loves me I guess.

The conversation between Lucius and Ginny was surprisingly frank, for him to hear the woman and child he loved so much murdered, and then have to put on a mask of indifference, must have been horrendous. So for him to share that with Ginny was very touching.
The bedtime squabbling and giggling, and morning pillow fight was very funny,as was Severus trying to salvage his tattered dignity.

I've always loved the thought of Lucius working for the good guys. It's why I often write him in this way in my stories. LOL, yes!

It's lovely to see Severus so tender with little Hermione,I hope it will still go on when they" grow up". Lucius and Ginny seem to be getting on well, the image of Lucius turning Severus over his knee is one that will stay in my mind ,for a long time 
.
What a horrifying experience to go through, to face Voldermort being so small must have been so frightening. I hope Lucius can cover his tracks.
Brilliant chapter, great lemons, a wonderful culmination of Hermione and Severus's relationship. Wonderful writing as always and can't wait until the next chapter.

Thank you! I'm happy you enjoyed it. I didn't want him to profess his love for her right away, it just didn't feel right. She is so new to him.I'm writing the next chapter. Hopefully I'll have it finished soon.

Albus,Albus, Albus, six year olds are like the ocean, never turn your back on them, you saw the child in Severus peeking through, telling Severus to stay put and do nothing is bad enough, but a six year old Severus, you may as well try nailing jelly to a fence.I loved the image of them snuggling up together while they slept, and sneaking around the hallways, playing hide and seek and teasing Mrs Norris.

I would never call Severus Snape Cute, no matter what his size, not to his face at least. Behind his back however, he's so sweet I could eat him with a spoon. I've had a grin on my face since I started reading, I just love Albus' reaction .
