*PLEASE HEED THE WARNINGS!*
This is a response to the Livejournal HP_Darkfest, 2010, prompt: Pomfrey leaves Snape in charge of the hospital wing for a weekend when a family emergency calls her away from Hogwarts. When one of his most disliked students ends up in the hospital wing, he gets revenge by way of a thoroughly invasive, humiliating, and uncomfortable/painful exam. Prostate/vaginal exams, urethral insertions, breast exams, etc.

I have completed my Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and want to focus on serving the LGBTQIA community and the Alt/Kink/Poly communities in my work. I used to be a poker tournament director and floorperson at the world famous Binion's Gambling Hall in downtown Las Vegas. Before that, I was high school Spanish and Theatre teacher. I am happily married and (thankfully) have NO kids. I have an original short story published here: http://www.elm-books.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=R01%2DChristmasBadGirls under my penname, Jess Alynn. Thanks for taking a chance and reading my stories! :)
Oh, and check out the "trailer" for Phantom of Hogwarts that xtahsee made for me on youtube! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k63yCE9sslY
Reviews for Living Up to Expectations
Evil, dark, monstrous. But a surprisingly believable Snape - the start is so much how we all like to think about him, but we have to recognise that he is a sadistic bastard who probably never entirely left (or even could leave) his loyal Death Eater days behind.

*beams* I'm glad you found it to be plausible, even though it is so horrible. I wanted to explore what it could take to make Snape just snap and finally tip into the Darkness he's been fighting all his life. Thank you for such a lovely review! :)

Initially I thought your Snape had some empathy, shown by his dealings with Poppy. I was horrified to see the sudden change. Very nasty indeed. Well written, but his lack of compassion was quite unnerving.

Initially, he did have empathy, but Neville's actions and words send him teetering over the edge into hate and horror. This is definitely one for those who prefer dark fic (which isn't even me, funny enough). Thanks so much for reviewing! :)
