Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)

what about a sequel? please.....
I just love how Lucius is the "yes dear" in this fic. Lol, very British sitcom!
Response from sunny33 (Author of It's a Dirty Job)
Yep! :)
Hee! This is great. I love how you turn something that could have been very angsty into something light-hearted. Severus and Lucius make a wonderful "Dynamic Duo"

Thanks. :)
We had it out for the red-heads last night, didn't we. Harry dumped Ginny for a young Muggle? Hee.

I'm a bit puzzled about the ending, like something is missing - or rather why do you stop here? ;o) But it's a really delightful tale. Lucius needing reading glasses and not wanting to use them is absolutely cute. :o)))
Author's Response: Well, it was supposed to be a Saturday night drabble and was getting a bit long, so I had to leave how they dealt with Ginny to the reader's imaginations. Thanks for the review! :)
This is calling for so much more. It could be a fantastic story (after you finished Marriage by numbers :)

It was just supposed to be a one off! :)

I know! But it doesn't hurt to ask. ;)
How funny! I love the interplay between Severus and Lucius, like a Wizarding version of the Odd Couple... The "Dynamic Duo" line was great as well--Sev would have to be Batman, with his dark clothing, and he also seems to be the one giving the marching orders. On the other hand, it's Stately Malfoy Manor, so maybe Lucius...oh, it's making my head hurt! Thanks for sharing this, and maybe just maybe you'll be bitten by a plot bunny to write a sequel? The Further Adventures Of...?

LOL Thanks! :)
LOL That was wonderful! I really love your writing and I like how you've portrayed both Severus and Lucius here. Very funny - especially the "Dynamic Duo" remark. Thank you for posting this; I really enjoyed it. Cat

Thank you, Cat! :)
"the Dynamic Duo" ... ROFLThe interaction between Snape and Malfoy was great.

Thanks! :)
Aren't those two just cute together? Bickering like a long-married couple. And Ginny is going to go out with a a BANG, eh? :P

One way or another... ;)
Great story Sunny! Loved the use of Muggle explosives and Malfoy plotting to seduce Ginny as well as worry about the state of his carpets/house after Severus blows her up. Needs a sequel! I want to read more :)
Response from sunny33 (Author of It's a Dirty Job)
Hehe, I'll leave it to your imagination. ;)
With a sigh, the richest wizard in Britain took off his reading glasses, straightened his cravat, took a firm grip on his cane, and left his peaceful life behind. Five minutes later, with a loud crack, the Dynamic Duo Disapparated to deal with one petite, red-haired menace. Nice to see dear Ginevra hasn't changed all that much. Always thought she was the petite, female version of her twin brothers. Only way more conniving and evil. Loved it!(Seems like several of us were thinking that the Weasleys have an evil streak last night. LOL!)
Response from sunny33 (Author of It's a Dirty Job)
We certainly did! :)
Oh my.I'll give a proper review a try, but I'm going to fail.Firstly: I love it.It's a ingenious ending! And my, if it's as naughty as I think it is: They really should have tried to mollify Voldy this way! Might have worked, eh?roflThere interactions are wonderful. You make them look like an old married couple, which is hilarious (and almost logical ).
Response from sunny33 (Author of It's a Dirty Job)
I see them as like an old married couple, especially when Narcissa is out of the picture. :)
