Due to the often controversial nature of my fics, I've decided I will no longer be posting here (this not NOT include my WIPs--Princes in Exile and Caged Bird Sings will continue to be updated here. This is regarding only my oneshots and future long fics). You can find all my stories at my Livejournal, under the name literaryspell. None of the fics are, as yet, friendslocked, so you can read at your leisure, and friend me, or not, as you like. :D Be sure to check out my master list, which is the first post on my LJ page. Thank you!
If anyone would prefer to send comments to me personally, or would just like to talk plot or make suggestions, please contact me at literaryspell@live.com. I'm happy to hear from anyone!

Wow, I don't know how I missed this before. This was beautiful, in a heartbreaking sort of way, but well written with a believable happy ending.
Literary beauty Indeed.
That was wonderful. I like the idea that somehow together they made the baggage lighter.
I usually shy away from the melancholy. Real life has enough of it's own and this fandom is my escape, but that was beautiful and didn't make me sad. Thank you.

Thank you. I tend to feel the same way. I'm glad it didn't bring you down. :D
I've gradually been working my way through your writing on this site today and have to say that this must surely be one of the most powerful and moving pieces I have ever read. It is not pretty of course but it is not meant to be. As someone who has suffered severe mental illness in the past (and continues to live a very restricted life due to on-going poor health), let me tell you that you've got the pain, despair and frustration (both mental and physical) spot-on.'He recycled her pain and gave it back to her as forgiveness' is just the most incredible line. That someone can write such 'poetry' on an amateur site like this has left me in totally astounded. It somehow makes all the other stuff that's churned out (particularly the lovey-dovey happily-ever-after, everything perfect stuff) seem rather trite I do believe now! This is real writing. In a class of it's own. Well done :-)

I'm really honoured that this fic touched you so much. I've a little experience with the subject matter myself, and I'm glad it comes across. I didn't want it to be pretentious--I wanted it to be real. This is still one of my favourite fics, despite being the third or fourth thing I ever wrote for HP fandom.I have more fic posted on my livejournal (literaryspell) if you'd like to read there. I'm moving pretty much exclusively into slash, though I have two longer fics ready for posting soon (a Hermione/Remus and a Hermione/Snape). My fics aren't locked, but you can friend me if you like. :DThank you for your amazing reviews. It means the world to me, truly.
so moving and sad and joyful (not happy).

Thank you for reading.
This was a wonderful story! I know that I have personally never felt so broken or so empty, but you painted this story in such a way that I can now imagine I have. I am awed that you could do so much with so few words. Truly a talent!

Thank you for the amazing review. I am so glad my story was able to speak to you.
That was truly lovely. Sometimes it does happen that way, sometimes it falls apart, but when two people are determined to stay regardless of the pain, they can overcome anything and become together greater than they could ever be alone.Thank you. This brought tears to my eyes.Livvy

I agree, sometimes the fight is harder than giving up, but love can find a way!Thank you so much!
What a very interesting story. All sharp edges and distance. I can't say I have ever come close to feeling this damaged, but you wrote it so well I could certainly feel it now, through them. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to your next piece -- be it edgy or fluffy, JoAnne

This is definitely different from my usual style, but I actually prefer it because emotions are more interesting to write than plot. But people usually don't like reading whole fics where nothing actually happens! LOLThank you for the amazing review.
Really powerful and quite beautiful. Thank you.

Thank you so much!
This piece is so dark and deep and beautiful and it resonated within me long after I finished reading. I wasn't expecting a happy ending at all.
It's so lovely! Like a poetry... Really beautiful!
