Filius is pretty cool and clever to boot. I didn't have Luna do that because even though she can kick arse, she's more of a peaceful being. I thought it would be better to have the former dueling champ handle it.

Indeed he does. I would expect nothing else from a former dueling master and charms expert. I would imagine that he has all sorts of ideas.
