LOL!  I think Severus got his own back in this chapter.  I have this mental picture of Hermione trying to hide from this lyrically gifted leprechaun. 

The song you chose is perfect for what Severus wanted to accomplish.  I can see the other students singing snippets of the song everytime they meet Hermione in the halls or on the stairs.

I struggle to pick a favourite line. The chapter was full of them. But I'll print:

Gods, how I hate children in the morning! There is Albus, looking disgustingly chipper and twinkly in spite of the noise level; and myself, grinding my teeth, which will lead to a headache. I must stop this and put on the practiced scowl.

It will make a wonderful addition to my desk at work. (Yes, I'm a teacher, haha)

I thought that was funny the first time I read it, and I still think it is funny.  

Too funny.  I liked the 'my precious' line.  Whatever will he do when they're all popped?  Will he go mad?  Those little buggers really are hard to resist.

I am one of those who have read, and reread this story several times, and you can't imagine how I look forward to read it all over again:-))My favourite kind of Hermione is a scheeming Hermione who takes no crap from Severus, and this story is close to perfect in that way. Adding that I am a sucker for that pairing and loves a good laugh, you can bet that I will read this story once more and enjoy every minute of it:-))
