33 year old single mom w/ a serious Weasley obsession, particularly Charlie Weasley. Perfect imagination accredited beta reader.
I've only been writing since February 2008, having been a late entry into the Harry Potter Universe. Now, I wonder what I did w/ my time before.

The beginning was very funny. I just love number 13 (men are so "chochotte" which means they think they're gonna die because they cut their finger with a paper - Sorry I don't know the english expression for that but I'm sure you understand). And the end is a bit sad and nearly made me cry. All of it made a perfect story that I like very much.
OMG, that was stunning and extraordinary. It was also simple and well put.

I'm so glad this is getting these kinds of reviews. I let my seven year old help write parts of it, so she gets all of the reviews read to her, and she just glows when they come in. I waited and added any innuendo or inappropriateness after she went to bed.I'm glad you enjoyed it. Another of my Charlie/Tonks stories should be validated soon.

Oh. My. :( I like that angle.
this is as charming as charlie and his dimple. i think the pairing of charlie and tonks works really well - who knew? very amusing to begin with, and then of course, sad and poignant by the end.

I rather like the pairing of Tonks and Charlie, and I find it kind of sad that in canon he never marries. Guess the dragons just do it for him. Hehee

Oh no, see he can't marry in canon b/c he and I have run away together.

Ooh, that last line is so powerful! I was not sure if i liked this or not, although it's well -written. I think it's OOC, (but well-written!) and has charm, if i can get past the idea that Tonks wouldn't have fought so hard for Remus if she'd only been lukewarm about him.BUT I can put all that aside, because i am open minded. And putting all that aside - this is a delighfully crafted piece that ends with a blow to the solar plexis, not unexpected, but still enough to draw a 'woof' of air out of me.

I am still a bit bitter over what JKR did to Tonks and Remus. She took a wonderful, strong woman w/ spunk and personality, a carefree spirit, if you will. And Remus, a character that I fell in love w/ before I knew what hit me in POA b/c he was charming, the epitome of a gentleman, a character whose heart we saw without any effort and made them unrecognizable. The Remus we saw in HBP and DH (until the scene in the forest w/ Harry), well, he's not a character I much wanted to know. She broke my heart when she did that to him. Then she combined Remus w/ Tonks, and allowed them to drain the life from one another. Love shouldn't make you unrecognizable. Sadly, sometimes two individuals, even ones who fancy themselves in love, do not a couple make. I would have loved to see our ill-fated Remus get his happy ending; and killing Tonks and him "off camera" so to speak only added insult to injury.

Such a waste of a good man!
