I knew a guy who worked rides at Disney once upon a time... He had a guest come up to him and a friend once on a rainy day and ask why they couldn't do anything about the rain??? The friend replied, with a very serious air, "I'm sorry ma'am. I'll call in for them to start spreading out the giant bubble."
I couldn't resist sharing this after reading this fic! Great job!

Thanks for sharing that! On a trip to Disneyland as a kid, I once looked up at the flawlessly blue sky and thought that it looked like a giant bubble.

Oddly enough, they didn't make it to the Dumbo ride last time, either. Perhaps Hermione should take this as a hint that the intercontinental trip is wasted on her husband ;)Thanks for the review.

Not to be nit-picky, but here in Florida, in the summer, there's no such thing as ..."a warm summer rain that dissipated the humidity and heralded a beautiful evening." Summer here is hot and humid. Rain may cool the air temperature (briefly!), but the humidity doesn't dissipate. Yesterday, for example, the temperature in the early evening was 86 and the humidity was 92%. All that aside, I liked the story. I like the idea of Severus being all grumpy because the "magic" maintennce was up to his usual standards! And like a lot of other reviewers, he should be grateful he didn't have to listen to that blasted song!
