Hmmm..a bio huh? Oh, blimey, let's just sum this up: I'm a crazy mid-twenties review whore with a totally unhealthy obsession with Snape.

all hail fellow Kiwi,  great story and I got all the jokes LOL.  The broken vase had me envisaging the Lift Plus ad where the young guys break the vase!

Response from Fervesco (Author of The Journey)

PMSL those ads are too funny!  I like the one with the I think it's arm wrestling 'island styles'!  Thanks so much :D

I enjoyed reading this story even though I felt the ending was a little too abrupt for my taste (sorry...)I think you are an excellent writter and you really made me feel sympathy for the young Jasmine quite quickly. Thanks for sharing!

Very moving. I was not expecting it, which is strange given the subject matter. I think it was the slow languid pace, I could visualise a warm day, the general quiet, a breeze coming through the car window, bright sunshine outside the car, creating a glare off of passing objects. The end just sort of creeps up on you.

I really like how each new character is introduced, with a list of ages and periods of time, like she is running off a catalogue in her mind.  Well done!

Response from Fervesco (Author of The Journey)

Thank you!  I was quite proud of this when I wrote it, and having re-read it before posting I do still quite like it.  It's lovely to get some feed back :)

This piece showed a depth of thought I did not know existed between your very lovely ears, my dear. I was very impressed with the succinct ending and the feel good feeling after a reather terse ride along memory lane. Almost bites, this one, because we all have moments that could be parelleled to her memories, mainly of embarrasment ot whatever from when we were young. Yeah, perceptive and nicely rounded up for a warm ending. When will you be updating Mission? Please tell me you will be writing another chapter soon. Squeeeeee!

Response from Fervesco (Author of The Journey)

Ah, that depth has long since dwindled into a deep, cavernous black hole thanks to one darling child who refuses to sleep at night.  I'm considering stuffing the void with paper towels, super strength, to mop up the wastage in there ;)  As for Mission: Bite me *ahem* I mean: I'll update Mission when the Mission muse returns (see above about black holes and paper towels)

Response from wartcap (Reviewer)

But David Thewlis is SOOOOO sexy. I always think of him when I read your Mission Series. I could just imagine him and Emma Watson together with Gary Oldman and Helen Clark playing strip poker together at Grimmauld Place...*gets paper towels stuffed into black hole of a gob*

Response from Fervesco (Author of The Journey)

Helen Clark???!!!! Oh ewwwwww!  That, madam, is disgusting.  Do you have no respect for my lunch?!  I'll be sure to write you into that Mission.
