Hahaha! Wonderful! Concise, naughty, whimsical, and bluntly honest! Fantastic dialogue and such a wonderful wide range of poetry--Lavendar's and then Draco's (last two stanzas, in particular, and final couplet) very Rabelaisian versus the romanticism of Parvati and Luna--lovely work!

Response from Fairfield (Author of Moonflower Seeds, Pools, and Wedding Rings)

Glad you enjoyed it.  The characters vocalize what everyone is thinking.

Fabulously funny. I loved Lavender's poem. And I do hope poor(?) Draco can give them the attention they deserve(?).

Response from Fairfield (Author of Moonflower Seeds, Pools, and Wedding Rings)

One be one, he would take them aside and tell each that she was a lovely and intelligent woman, that he was proud to be with her.

That was definitely unexpected. Poor Draco. They really cornered him, didn't they?

It's a case of noblesse oblige.

HAHAHAHA  Sounds like Draco is going to have a tiring but fun evening.  So nice of the girls to all share.  Thanks for the fun.

Response from Fairfield (Author of Moonflower Seeds, Pools, and Wedding Rings)

The rest is left to the reader's imagination, but even though it is treated lightly, for whatever happens next, each of the  girls believe that Draco appreciates her unique qualities.

Who knew they taught such fine poetry skills at Hogwarts?  Too funny.

Response from Fairfield (Author of Moonflower Seeds, Pools, and Wedding Rings)

I've always assumed the refined Slytherins spent their Friday evenings in the Brit version of a haiku contest.
