I'm a forty-something American woman who is addicted to the SSHG pairing, relatively new to this fandom. I'm also considering starting some original fiction soon...

I love it. And I love the Lucius had a sense of humor about the whole thing. Ah, kids. Nice to see the trouble gene the Weasley twins had was not limited to then and seems to affect their niece and nephew. LOL

Heeeeeee! I'm sure he wouldn't find it nearly so funny if anyone else did this, but as a grandparent, I imagine he would be rather proud. :D And yes, gotta love that Weasley streak of mischief in his friends! ;)

I love the indulgent Grandpa Lucius and the bit with the rainbow hair-flick at the end was priceless!

Good to know that the war has mellowed a Malfoy :) Somehow, I don't think he would have been amused back in the day. Or maybe it is one of those things where you'd kill your kids if they did it, but your grandchildren get by completely unscathed.

Hehehe, I do envision him as a ridiculously over-indulgent grandparent, but I agree -- he'd have Avada'ed Draco for sure back in the day. :D
