This is a novel I?m working on, and intend to publish on completion. It?s meant to be the first in a trilogy tentatively named Destiny. Do review! It?s my first original fiction, and I need all the help I can get!

I'm an avid fanfic writer and reader, and a huuuge fan of the Harry Potter books, Lord of the Rings (both movies and books) as well as the Star Wars universe :D Oh, and have I mentioned I'm an ardent supporter of HG-SS too? Latest newflash: I just got a LJ, where info on my work and random scribblings will be posted :)

Thats not bad. Keep writing. I'm starting to like it. So is Areta the non-magick one? I dunno.. but please keep going.
I'd say this is a good first chapter. Watch your pronouns in the opening sequence; once you used "him" instead of "it" when refering to the hunter. Be consistent. This looks like it could go in interesting directions. I plan to read further chapters that I see posted.

interesting, indeed. i am anxious to read more of this. you have my curiousity peaked. at any rate i enjoyed it very much and think that it is a good start
