I'm not sure it can be called a decent present but at least they thought about his birthday.

Thank you! Something I read recently reminded me of the passage in SS/PS where Harry goes to his vault and imagines Vernon learning of its existence.

Thank you! Since they are the sort to send tissues and they constantly commented about money, this just seemed to fit.
