This is beautiful. Lucius reflexion as he flies home says a lot about how he has changed after the war, and it's lovely to see the affection between him and Narcissa.

So nice that nothing has changed since he has been gone.  Except that neither will probably take for granted being with the other ever again.  Very sweet.

This was quite lovely !!  Nice to see, again, that fan fiction writers have such skill to take a somewhat one-dimensional character and make him into a living, breathing, complex man.  Well done !!!  I could almost feel his sense of desperate longing and his realization of what he'd taken for granted for so many years.
