The nose = ♥!
Response from star_girl (Author of His Most Distinguished Feature)
We all love the nose :)
This is such a lovely portrait of Severus. I like the way you left it up to the reader to determine the identity of the woman. I've always loved his nose, too.BethPS- How's the sequel to Star Sisters coming along? No, no pressure. None at all. 8^)

Hi there Beth, thank you for stopping by! So pleased yo enjoyed this little birthday present. As for Star Sisters, well we are working on chapter 1 at the moment but we also have a valentine's Snape challenge going on. We will probably wait til we have a few chapters in hand before we start posting. But fear not, it will happen :) Thanks as always for your support - it means so much.
Great little drabble. I love the fact that the woman could be anyone.

Thank you for reading :)
This is sad. I wonder who that girl could be.
Response from star_girl (Author of His Most Distinguished Feature)
I thought it would be best to leave it open, so you, the dear readers, could decide. Thank you for the shinies :)
oh, seriously well written. lovely character development, and i love the fact that she is unnamed, leaving us, the readers, to imagine her to be whomever we wish. thanks for all your time and effort!

Thank you for taking the time to both read and review! I am so happy you enjoyed it.
Wonderful. Very emotional.

Again, my humble thanks for reading my work. It's great that it's still being read and enjoyed years later.
So have I.star_girl, you are back! Delighted to read your new things. This is a truly beautiful story. Reads like velvet. Lucky woman to have such memories of him. You know what was strange? I got so used to reading stories in which he's still alive that for one moment I was wondering what death she was talking about. (Maybe it's time to reread DH, but somehow eh..) And then I realized that his death is far easier to accept when, if I may borrow your words, someone captured his elegance and dignity in life. That's what fanfic does for you. ;)

What a wonderful review, thank you so much
Response from star_girl (Author of His Most Distinguished Feature)
, you have made me smile so much! In my heart I still believe he is alive (as all us die-hard Snape fans do!) but I wanted to write something different. I wasn't intending it to be sad but it just came out that way. Thanks again for the review. I promise that morgaine_dulac and I will be working on the Star Sisters sequal soon!
I'm so glad you've posted this here. It gives me another chance to read/review it ... And the more I read it, the more I LOVE it; you have managed to convey so much with a relatively small amount of words. Despite its heartbreaking sadness, it is truly beautiful, star_girl. :-)
