Reviews for Taking the Feline Approach
I might have gone for Siamese (but that was not the prompt). Quite a bit packed into a drabble. Nice portrayal of two Slytherins and their tactics.

Thanks,

! I agree, Siamese would suit him too!
Oooh - I absolutely loved that!! I busted out laughing when she makes eye contact with the cat and he just says, "Meow."ROFL!!!Well done ... Adding this to my favorites for when I need a happy sigh.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you, love! Really, what else could he have said but meow, LOL.
I loved this. And if someone had told me I would like a drabble about Snape playing matchmaker... Obviously, I need to expand my horizons.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you!I used to be a die-hard SSHG shipper, but then Lucius entered as my Muse, and somehow I find it easier these days to write with somewhat more variety, lol. So glad you liked it!
What a sneaky way to get caught up on the cuddling before appologizing!
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
*grins* That's Lucius, I guess!Thanks for reviewing!
Cute! I would love to know the "specifics" of what that night was and how he left, but you gave enough info to imagine it :) I always thought that if I ever had any more pets I would get a black cat and a white cat and name them Severus and Lucius. I have seen stories with them both as cats, and I want to do it more than ever now!
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Heh, I totally hear ya on wanting two cats with those names!I guess I could have expanded on it, but it was written on a Saturday night for Drabble Night, so time was limited. :DThanks for reviewing! *pats the shiny stars*
thanks for a great read - and a riot of a disclaimer!
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
*grins*Thank you for reading and reviewing!
nice take on the prompt. yeah, i think i'd prefer lucius in his feline form. and i also think hermione should have made him work harder - but on the other hand, it is a drabble, so i can't fault you for keeping it short; it would probably have taken a novella's worth of repentance to satisfy me, and lord knows you don't have time for that! ;)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
I agree that he makes a nice cat *grins*LOL, too right, I really can't afford to think up yet another novel-length fic...
can i be your cat? love it.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Will you sit on my lap when I'm at the computer? :D
Response from oohdear (Reviewer)
Meeow!!!!
I love these kinds of stories! Thanks for posting
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
I'm delighted you do!Thank you for reviewing! *pats the shiny stars*
Mmm, Lucius as a cat. Nice answer to the prompt, LITC! :)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you, Lyn! I think he'd make a perfect familiar. :D
Oh! I would love to read the backstory. Just what did Lucius do? Charming and cute.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
If I had a Time-Turner, I'd write novels instead of drabbles, but alas...Thanks for reviewing, Irish! *pats the shiny stars*
I absolutely loved this! However, if Lucius was a specific breed of cat animagus, I can more easily picture him as a blue-eyed Siamese.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you! You're not the only one who prefers him as a Siamese, but alas, the prompt was specific, so I decided to follow it. :D
How lovely that you could get in some lmhg for drabble night. LOL, and I can just see Lucius as a persian cat. AWESOME!!Now I am wondering just what happened between them, but I have a guess. Cheers,Stef =o)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
He would make a good cat, I agree. And naturally, he'd have to be a purebreed, lol. Thanks for reviewing! *pats the shiny stars*
Hmm. Not sure that I don't prefer him as a cat! :)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
You would say that! *snickers*Thanks for reviewing, love, and the shiny stars. Lucius is ever so fond of them. :D
*purrrrrrrrrrrrrs*This is lovely. I'm sure Lucius would make a charming and gorgeous but very demanding cat. Mmmmh, all that lovely fur to stroke. No wonder, Hermione forgave him so easily :D
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
*smiles widely*I'm so glad you liked it, Dreamy! I agree, of course, that when it comes to Cat!Lucius, it would be absolutely no chore to stroke all that fur... :DThanks for your lovely review and the shiny stars!
Severus is right. She IS very forgiving. He was a very repentant cat, though... Hopefully, he learned his lesson.I enjoyed Severus' protective nature toward Hermione, even though they weren't 'an item.'
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
I agree with you that she is very forgiving. But then again, he did spend an entire weekend in his Animagus form just to be near her, and that can't have been all that easy, so maybe she was right to forgive him. :DThanks for your lovely review! *pats the shiny stars*
It's so cute. But a cat is not what I would have thought Lucius' animagus form could be. It's too nice a pet to represent him. I suppse the end of the war changed him.
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
I'd not have imagined him as a cat on my own, but when I saw Lucianna's link to the picture of a Persian cat, I thought it fit perfectly.Thank you for the review and the shiny stars!
I can't help but feel that Lucius Malfoy would make a better cat than a human. But a cute story. Not my cup of tea - I don't like the pairing - but this was clever and well written!
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you, Pookah, for taking the time to read AND review, even though you don't like the pairing. I appreciate your kind words!
Aww, I love second chances! :)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
I do too. :DThank you for the review and the stars. Lucius is ever so fond of them.
Lovely! You've really made 'Luscious' (couldn't resist!) adorable in this. And it's also lovely to think of him as that beautiful white-gold kitty, all curled up and purring in Hermione's lap. Thanks for a beautiful story. :)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
*laughs* Luscious indeed!Thank you for reviewing!
Lucius really won't let you get away from writing all about him, will he? lol I could totally see him as a Persian cat. I suppose Hermione didn't stand a chance against his charms. :)
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
He is a rather demanding task master, LOL. On the other hand, when I saw Luci's prompt and the picture, I could totally imagine Lucius as an Animagus in that form; I thought it was a brilliant choice. Thanks for the review and the stars!
I love this! Lucius does make a good cat! She should kick his arse for being bad lover, though. Or make him permanently in cat form! Wonderful take on the prompt!
Response from karelia (Author of Taking the Feline Approach)
Thank you, Lucianna! I'm so happy you liked my take on your prompt! :D
