I am loving this story, and it's only barely just begun...  I can't wait to find out what exactly it is that Hermione does when she "Travels", and for what purpose.  Also, Severus' body being missing when she and Harry had returned to the Shrieking Shack is intriguing as well.  Assuming that others Travel, perhaps someone (maybe even Hermione but she just doesn't know it yet!) took it away.  So many possibilities, and I can't wait to find out which ones are true!  Please update again soon!

This is absolutely beautiful (I would go as far as to say exquisite) writing - I really love it!  The last part where Hermione is in the train with SS had tears forming in my eyes at the way you expressed her reflections on his life and what he'd done; wonderfully poignant.I simply can't wait to read more of this now, I'm already hooked! :-)

I really like this - it bodes well!  I love your highly descriptive style of writing: 'It was like the secret of my future was hidden on a high shelf and I wasn't tall enough to grab it...' Wonderful stuff!I always felt that Hermione marrying Ron (and Harry marrying Ginny of course) was just too 'neat' and unimaginative an ending for DH - I personally think JKR let herself down badly there and I know many of her fans were disappointed.  So I am doubly pleased with your story which gives Hermione more scope (and, of course - hopefully - has our dear Potions master alive and kicking, rather than dead at the fangs of an extremely nasty giant snake!!)  After all, as you rightly say, she was the brightest witch of her age!I look forward with bated breath for the next update; thanks for this! :-)
