I remember feeling this way (the top 4 stanzas) when I was younger. Thankfully, as I grew older, the low periods don't feel quite like that anymore. You make me think back and wonder what drew me out of it. I know it wasn't a someone.... But I'm happy there was a someone to draw you out of it.

Goodness you are good at interpreting poems! Yes, when you're young, daily problems can seem so huge and can overwhelm you. I went through a lot at once and was glad that I had someone (my now husband) to help me through it. We've all been there at some point in our lives, I am glad that you could relate!
