Severus will always be a doting, and over protective daddy. Thank goodness his daughter is a Slytherin, I doubt he will be able to catch her out, even with the "Snogging Sensor"{ which is GENIUS by the way }. And the icing on the {Wedding } cake is, he will have to be polite to Neville, at least untill after the ceremony.
very cute! I'm rather surprised Minerva didn't hex Severus into next week for embarrassing her but I guess she was probably just as befuddled! Hermione tried to warn him. *tsk tsk*
I love this completely. I could rapidly be addicted to overprotecting daddy Severus.
Squee! Loved this. Acting as an over protective father is most definatly in Severus' nature. Poor girl, she won't marry till she's 45...still at least Hermione gets somer er, fun out of it :DThank you for a charming read.
A Snogging Sensor?! Bwahahahaha! No wonder Severus was so good at finding those couples amidst the rose bushes and in the carriages during the Yule Ball. Thank goodness his daughter is a Slytherin. At least she has a fighting chance of sneaking in a date once in a while, especially when Hermione is providing some diversionary tactics and keeping Snape much too busy to notice anything.

LOL!I know, it's been so long since I've written this pair! (They were feeling neglected.) The only other thing that I wrote was my 100-word drabble that I wrote when I was working on this... it's over at GS100, though one of these days I need to archive them, I think. :) Thanks, sweetie!

Wonder if he's more upset at Lizzie dating because she's 'only seventeen' or because her beau is a Longbottom!

LOL! I think that it's a mixture of the two. He's clearly over-protective, but add Longbottom on top of that and it's enough to put poor Severus over the edge. :) Thanks!

cute. i had wondered what the red marble was. i liked that even though his daughter was a slytherin, she fell for a gryffindor - and not just any gryffindor, but a longbottom! : )

I think that the Snogging Sensor needs it's own story... I'll have to think on that one. :) Yes, poor Severus his daughter even dared to sit at the Gryffindor table for dinner... I never did have him look over at Neville's face. He may have been just as gobsmacked.
