I really enjoyed reading that. I could feel the emotions you were trying to get across.

Very touching, mate. I feel your pain.

Author's Response: Thanks.  Every time I revisit it, I find I can still relate.  Suppose I will for a very, very long time.

Very nice
Don't read a lot of poems but this one is very nicely written.
Seems like your had a "litte" marriage stress at the time, I hope that changed.

Author's Response: It did, thank you.  I've been married for 14 years.  Marriage is like a roller coaster.  Gratefully, I've been avoiding those huge descents.

Very emotional and thought provoking.  I believe I need to go think on it for awhile.  Until next time.  Tamara

Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing my poems as well.

This was written a few years ago when I was going through a rough time.  It's not that things have changed; I just have learned to deal with them differently, and when you do that it becomes better.

But still, little bits of me are in whatever I write. I think people who know me in real life would be shocked if they read this stuff.  But there it is and it is a part of who I am.

Arabella Bloodgood's response: I understand exactly what you are saying.  The only difference in me is that I can't get the words to come out right.  Well, without sounding stupid anyway.  Thanks for responding.  T

i really like your website and (while waiting for the stories i'm following to be updated) thought i'd take a look at some of what you've written in the past.  the title of this piece caught my eye, so i read it first.  i like it very much - esepecially that image of the gold band so tiny, yet it fits around your soul.

I have been perusing the site looking for neglected gems, and this is one of them.

Author's Response: Wow, thanks Fairfield.  I'm a very amateur poet (don't practice it much), so it's nice when someone says something like this.
